Handwara 20 May (KNO) : Accusing Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti of being apologetic, AIP Supremo and MLA Langate Er. Rasheed has said that Narinder Modi’s speech at SKICC and Jammu has proved that receiving him with black flags and strike call was justified.

While interacting with people at Handwara today Er. Rasheed said “It is unfortunate that rather talking about resolution of Kashmir issue, Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti was talking about west Pakistani refugees and Pakistan’s alleged negative response to India’s handshake for friendship. Er. Rasheed said “Narinder Modi has disappointed not only Kashmiris but people all across the sub-continent and his speech was nothing but distortion of history and ground situation. From Narinder Modi’s speeches it got proven that DGP was saying only what he was asked to say, by asking militants to return to their homes, as PM repeated every single word what state DGP or army officers had said on the occasion of ceasefire. Mehbooba Mufti must realize that Kashmiris cannot be sacrificed and their aspirations cannot be kept hostage to the Indo-Pak relations as the history of Kashmir dispute is as old as that of India and Pakistan’s historic event of winning freedom”.

Er. Rasheed added that Modi JI had nothing to offer and PDP’s praises for Modi are its compulsion and quest to remain in power. He added those accusing Kashmiris of being arrogant need to understand that the ceasefire offer was just to draw attention and give hype to Prime Minister’s visit, who unfortunately seems to be having nothing in his mind except making Kashmiris surrender everything. He said “Rather condemning and consoling the unabated killings at the hands of security forces it looked so strange that PM was praising security forces, thus his tall claims of calling Kahsmir India’s crown proved nothing but a Himalayan lie”.
